For the rider that needs a bit more than a set it and forget it platform, this is our new Prime Series. Externally adjustable high and low speed compression adjust give you full control over the ride feel of your shock. From professional enduro races, to local PR conquests, the new Prime series excels across disciplines and terrains. Enduro, trail, and e-bikes alike benefit from the maximum adjustability and controlled nature of the Prime Compression circuit.
After hundreds of hours between trail testing and dyno runs, we’ve fine-tuned our piston & shim settings to deliver excellent adjustability without any harshness. We also worked to reduce adjustment overlap, meaning the adjusters have far less effect on each other offering you precise control over the ride feel.

Adjustable Positive and Negative air volume via spacers (included).
• The air bladder system has been refined with an updated bladder material, end cap seal, and valve core. These small changes allow the use of reduced air pressure in the system, which in turn reduces pressure loss.
• Updated bushings in the air can deliver exceptional sealing, and an improvement in the dispersion of lateral loads on the shock.’
• The Gen 3 sealhead uses a new sized bushing, which delivers better sealing and alignment properties, while simultaneously offering more consistent and longer performance life.

I have been running the topaz for a few years and was excited to see the new Prime coming. I love having the ability to tune the shock for the in between of the 3 position switch and was quickly able to dial it in. I have this installed on a bike I use solely for gravity riding and park riding so I didn’t need a climb switch. The first thing I noticed right away was how much smoother and supple the Prime was over the standard Topaz. I felt like the small bump sensitivity was greatly improved without the big hit and mid stroke being compromised. You can really feel the changes when you turn the dials and finding that sweet spot took no time at all. The shock has a very consistent and predictable feel to it whether it’s through rock gardens or over big jumps and gives a bit of confidence knowing the bike is going to do what you need it to. This shock is a must have and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an air shock that is extremely adjustable and performs at the highest level.
