The form below is to create a service request for your product. Once the form is completed and submitted, you will be contacted with an RA number and shipping or local drop-off information. Customers are responsible for shipping to/from DVO Suspension unless previous arrangements have been made. If you need quick assistance, please email support@dvosuspension.com

Products returned that require cleaning of mud and/or debris prior to service are subject to an additional charge.

Please note that any products not collected after 30 days will be subject to a storage and handling fee. Products not collected after 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Please remove mounting hardware from shock before shipping if possible.
