Order Processing Times

Online orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. For DVO Custom Shop orders, a seven-to-ten (7-10) business day processing time between order received and order shipped is average.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are subject to pre-approval. No returns will be accepted after 30 days upon receipt of goods.
