Why is the cost different for different travels?

The SL version comes at a stock travel of 170mm’s. If you want it at a different travel, we charge $25 for a travel change. We perform the service before it ships to you, that way it’s good to go when you get it!

What is SL "Super-Light"

The new SL “Super-Light” is our lightweight alternative to the tried and true OTT system.

The OTT system is manually adjustable whereas the SL system automatically sets up depending on air pressures.

It’s a full air on air system that’s easy to set up and offers end stroke volume spacer adjustability.

For our first ever collab project, we’ve partnered with boutique gear brand RENEN to deliver an extremely limited edition, Onyx 38 D1 SL, and a matching DVO x RENEN jersey.

The Onyx 38 x RENEN features the proven performance, reliability, and unmatched sensitivity of our Onyx 38, with a bold and dynamic graphic treatment from RENEN. This collaboration is extremely limited in its availability, with just 75 forks and 48 jersey’s available worldwide.

Designed by Pete Fox, and made by hand in the USA, the DVO x RENEN jersey is constructed from RENEN’s premium vented MESH DRYCYCLE™️ fabric, which delivers a lightweight, breathable, and durable performance fit.

Based on our engineering and design efforts, we focused on designing a chassis that was compliant enough to mitigate low & high frequency vibrations while dispersing the energy waves throughout the entire chassis structure. This delivers unmatched confidence in terms of traction, braking, steering precision and comfort.

ONE UNIT CHASSIS DESIGN

ALL AS ONE

A significant update to our famed D1 Damper. Updated High-Flow Compression and Rebound porting drastically improve performance and tuning ranges. The new Compression design creates a high-flow, linear suspension dynamic for initial damping support without the dreaded high-speed harshness. A high-flow linear Rebound update drastically increase response without a loss of control or damping.

Our industry exclusive Compression Bladder System received a 30% increase in size for increased small bump sensitivity and damping consistency.

REMASTERED D1 DAMPER

COMFORT, CONTROL, PERFORMANCE

The next iteration of our tried and true D1 damper. Greater tuning range, increased compression bladder size, High Flow Linear Compression and Rebound damping profiles, and a greater range of mid-valve tuning.
